We are a small, independent brand — and we like it that way. It means you deal directly with us, not a call centre. Most of our products come with a warranty, and we genuinely stand behind what we make. If something arrives damaged through no fault of yours, we'll sort it. We replaced a Zero Gravity lamp glass for a customer whose courier had clearly not read the fragile label — no questions asked. What we ask in return is a reasonable baseline of good faith. We accept returns, but not for reasons like "the white isn't quite the white I imagined." We don't have a returns department — we have people who care about the work and want you to love what you've bought.

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at support@rolfk.com. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Returns must be undamaged and, where possible, in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

We value our IP and police this stringently. While we hope our designs inspire you, fellow designers, artists and manufacturers — please do not get too inspired and copy them.

All content on this website — including images, graphics, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, trademarks, video, and audio — is owned exclusively by our studio or licensed to us. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

At rolf k®, we use AI as a tool to support content creation — including product descriptions, copywriting, and selected imagery. All AI-generated content is produced using models trained specifically for our purposes, on data we control.

We do not use third-party intellectual property, and no external creative works are reproduced or incorporated into our output. Our design work — the visual identity, spatial thinking, and form-making at the heart of everything we make — remains entirely human.
